Omar S. was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), a condition caused by a combination of four heart malformations present at birth that affect normal blood flow through the heart. TOF is one of the most common congenital heart defects which can be fatal if left untreated.

Omar needed urgent financial aid for his heart surgery. His father is an employee in a clothing company in the Bekaa with a salary so low that it hardly sustains the family of 4. An online crowdfunding campaign was launched to raise funds for Omar’s operation.
